Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

  1. Introduction
    This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between LM Financial Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to release the Company from any and all liabilities as outlined in this Agreement.
  2. Scope of Services
    The Company provides authorized user tradeline services aimed at enhancing credit profiles. We do not offer financial, legal, or credit repair advice and make no guarantees regarding specific credit score improvements or credit approval outcomes.
  3. Acknowledgment of Risk
    You understand and acknowledge that:
  • Credit score improvements depend on various factors, including your existing credit profile, credit history, and financial behaviors.
  • Tradeline services may result in credit score changes that differ from your expectations.
  • We are not responsible for how third-party creditors or credit bureaus interpret or respond to the tradeline services provided.
  1. Release of Liability
    By using our services, you agree to release, waive, and discharge the Company, its employees, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:
  • Misinterpretation or misunderstanding of the services provided.
  • Any adverse effects on your credit score or credit profile.
  • Denials of credit, loans, or other financial products.
  • Failure to achieve specific financial goals related to credit score improvement.
  1. No Guarantees
    While we aim to provide effective services, we make no promises regarding credit score increases, credit approvals, loan eligibility, or similar financial outcomes. Results may vary based on factors outside of our control.
  2. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, legal fees, or damages resulting from your use of our services, including actions taken by creditors, lenders, or credit reporting agencies.
  3. Agreement Acceptance
    By purchasing our services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.
