Authorized User Service Agreement

1. Introduction
   This Authorized User Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between LM Financial Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) regarding the purchase of authorized user tradeline services. By completing your purchase and submitting required information, you acknowledge and agree to the terms herein.
2. Service Description
   Our service involves adding you as an authorized user on a designated credit account to help improve your credit profile. While results may vary, many clients experience improved creditworthiness when accurate information is provided.
3. Client Responsibilities
   To facilitate service delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information.
• Understand that incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay or void service.

4. Service Term
   You will be added as an authorized user for the period selected at purchase (1, 3, or 6 months). Each month corresponds to one full credit statement cycle.
5. Disclaimer of Guarantees
   While we make every effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee specific credit score increases due to variables beyond our control, including your existing credit history.
6. Payments and Refunds
   All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once service has commenced.
7. Legal Compliance
   You acknowledge that use of this service complies with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service for fraudulent or deceptive practices.
8. Agreement Acceptance
   By purchasing our services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
