Refund and Cancellation Policy
At LM Financial Consulting LLC, we strive to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation may be necessary.   1. Refund Policy
  • All purchases made through LM Financial Consulting LLC are final.
  • In the event that a service cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.
  • If there is an issue with the service provided (e.g., unauthorized user placement), please contact us within 7 days of service completion to address the issue. We will review your case and determine if a refund or alternative solution is appropriate.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the approval of the refund request.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • You may request to cancel a service before it is completed. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to LMFinancialConsultingLLC@gmail.com.
  • If you cancel a service request before the process begins, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the service has already begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed up until that point. Refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Once the service is completed, cancellations are no longer possible, and no refunds will be issued.
  1. Non-Refundable Services
    Certain services, such as expedited processing or customized plans, may not be eligible for a refund once the service has begun. Please inquire before purchasing if you have any questions regarding these services.
  2. Modifications
  • If you wish to modify or change the details of a service after booking, please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate your request, but additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
