Service Termination Agreement

  1. Introduction
    This Service Termination Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which LM Financial Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) may terminate the Authorized User tradeline services provided to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined herein.
  2. Grounds for Termination
    We reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:
  • Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to the terms outlined in the Authorized User Service Agreement.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in or being suspected of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful practices in connection with the service.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to provide full payment for the agreed service.
  • Inaccurate Information: Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information required for service fulfillment.
  1. Notification of Termination
    Clients will receive written notice via the email address provided at the time of purchase regarding the termination of services.
    The notification will detail the reasons for termination and provide, where applicable, any remedies to avoid or reverse termination.
  2. Effects of Termination
    Upon termination, you will no longer be listed as an authorized user on the tradeline(s) in question.
    No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to non-compliance, fraud, or other client-related issues.
    If the termination is the result of our inability to fulfill the service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
  3. Client Acknowledgments
    By agreeing to this Service Termination Agreement, you acknowledge and understand that:
  • Termination may negatively impact the intended results of the tradeline service.
  • You remain responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and providing accurate and complete information.
  1. Agreement Acceptance
    By purchasing our services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
    Your acknowledgment is confirmed by completing your purchase and submitting the required information.
